With an active area of 6"x9", native USB support, and no need for a power supply, CADPro is the ideal size for desktop use. Offering 4,000 lines-per-inch resolution and 0.008" accuracy, CADPro delivers precise designs and accurate selections. CADPro's cordless 16-button cursor provides a comfortable, ergonomic design and programmable buttons for productivity and speed. Button assignment is also possible with the optional 4-button cursor, 5-button mouse and stylus pens. All pointing devices glide smoothly over the tablet's surface for effortless modification of CAD files and drawings. Use the QuickScroll feature with pens of the mouse to scroll from any point on the screen. For greater control of movement, CADPro's digital, no-ball cursors eliminate cleaning, skipping and clicking. The Essential AutoCAD Productivity Tool
TemplateWorks, the productivity-enhancement program for AutoCAD 2000, is
included with every CADPro purchase. TemplateWorks offers two dynamic
modes of operation - button assignment and template creation.
Using TemplateWorks with CADPro's 16-button cursor, CAD professionals dramatically improves efficiency and speed by programming the cursor's buttons to execute frequently-used commands. Complex sequences can be condensed to a single button stroke! An individually-programmed, 16-button cursor allows quick, fingertip access to up to 60 commands, eliminating time-consuming searches
for icons and digging through layers of pull-down menus for true 'heads-up' command execution.
TemplateWorks also functions as a flexible, template-creation program using easy-to-identify template icons that make tablet mapping a breeze. Simply program the menu with frequently-used commands, define a mouse selection area, then print the template and place it under CADPro's clear plastic overlay.
The VisualTemplate component of TemplateWorks allows on-screen viewing of your template for heads-up designing. View the active template icon, or select a view that provides a miniature template grid that functions as a real-time reference to pointer position.
